Too much lived across spreadsheets, payment screenshots, WhatsApp threads, PDFs, and disconnected apps. Lease renewals were easy to miss. Maintenance details got buried. Nothing felt connected.
So we built a calmer way to operate.
Today, Habitia runs the same workflows we use every day: rent collection, maintenance, leases, assets, alerts, and tenant communication — all in one workspace.
