Does Habitia hold my rent money?
No. Stripe Connect sends payouts straight to your bank. Off-network payments (ATH Móvil, check) never touch our system — we just record them on the lease ledger.
How does ATH Móvil work?
Your tenant pays you directly in their ATH Móvil app and uploads the comprobante in the tenant portal. One click to confirm, and it lands on the lease ledger with running balance. Zero Habitia fee.
Can I migrate from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Drag-and-drop CSV import for properties, units, leases, and tenants. Most portfolios migrate in their first session.
What happens after my 60-day trial?
We don't auto-charge. If you haven't added a card, your account pauses and we keep your data. Add a card when you're ready to continue.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
Refunds are pro-rated within the first 30 days. You can cancel any time and your data is preserved.
Is Habitia bilingual?
Yes. Spanish and English on every screen. CSV migration accepts headers in either language. Leases, alerts, and tenant communication all switch with one click.
Does Habitia work outside Puerto Rico?
Yes. The platform is built for the US generally — ATH Móvil is just one of several payment rails. Stripe Connect handles the rest.
